The card can only be used at participating Downtown Kenosha businesses. It cannot be used with third-party delivery services like Grubhub or DoorDash. Visit our business directory to see all participating locations—more are added every day!

Question 6

What do I do if my Downtown Kenosha is declined?

Accepted Answer

Your card may be declined if: (1) you entered incorrect card information, (2) you have insufficient balance, (3) you're trying to use it at a non-participating business, or (4) you're attempting to use it with a third-party delivery service. Please verify your card details and ensure you're shopping at a participating Downtown Kenosha location.

Question 7

Will my payment automatically deduct from the card if I don't have enough to cover my entire balance?

Question 8

How is the digital Downtown Kenosha redeemed?

Accepted Answer

Save your Downtown Kenosha to your Apple- or Google-Wallet and simply tap-to-pay. You can also use the Yiftee app (available at the Apple App Store) to store your Yiftee cards and access current card balances. If you do not use Apple- or Google-Pay, merchants can redeem your card by manually entering your 16-digit card code into their POS or terminal system, just like entering a credit card number. The card CANNOT be swiped - it must be keyed in manually. Show your card code (from email or printout) to the cashier at checkout.

Question 9

Are physical cards an option?

Accepted Answer

No, there are no plastic cards available. Your Downtown Kenosha is digital-only and delivered via email. You can print it on paper if you prefer to have a physical copy to present at checkout.

Can refunds be provided to my Downtown Kenosha?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Just as refunds would be applied to your credit card, they can also be applied back to your Downtown Kenosha, increasing your available balance.

Question 11
